Apply, who knows!!!!??? Never refrain to apply somewhere because you don't have one the stated minimums, 20hrs won't do that much difference IMO.

I'm also just short of the PIC minimum. My only worry of applying when you don't meet ALL minimums, is the hiring department might think that you cannot follow directions, which might hurt you in future hiring cycles when you actually do meet all published requirements. Not sure if a recruiter would view it this way, but I do think there's a chance of it backfiring.

Don't over think it. Apply, you just might get hired. This isn't fedex or delta. Even if you don't get a call, or make it through the interview, wash rinse repeat. I applied 3 times, interviewed once. But I personally know 2 that got the TBNT letter only to be hired 12-18 months later.

I've been looking... but can't find it... does anyone know how big the June class was and what the distribution numbers for equipment (320 vs 190) were?

6/18 class was 30 A320 and 4 E190. Everyone based in JFK or BOS, but i heard a rumor 1-2 guys actually received FLL 320.

I'll still apply. But it sure doesn't make feel warm and fuzzy knowing I'm short of the "minimum"

I am sure they won't hold 20 hours against you. Just keep your resume up to date, if they call you for an interview 20 hours won't make a difference to the PHC.
