It's not really a retention bonus. It's the money lost in the latest PEA as a result of losing premium trigger at 78 hours. The new hires weren't given a raise, and the company offered that to make them whole.

I interviewed September 16, but am not available until spring (active duty). I received an email, probably because everyone else I was in phase 2 with has been slotted a class. I think....

Yes there still is a 6000.00 bonus one receives after his 1 year anniversary date. You get it about a month after you hit year two. And profit sharing is sadly a joke here, I wana say last year I received a hundred bucks maybe two... Either way , it doesn't exist enough to make worth typing the method .

Ha! I couldn't buy 4 gallons of diesel with my deminimus profit sharing check the other year.... I honestly would rather they kept the money and just said there wasn't enough to go around....

I know the question comes up now and then about mco and how long which air plane ect. ..
Could have held 320 capt in jfk.
Could not hold 320 fo in mco.
125 open fo slots to be filed by June 1.
