Did my phone screen no interview date offered had to fill out an addendum to a private pilot bust back in the early 90s.
Does anyone know if I should not expect to continue to the next stage?

Don't sweat it. I know people who filled out the addendum for checkrides that were both much more recent than the early 1990's and for busts that happened later in someone's career than a Pvt Pilot checkride. They are in Phase 2 now. The individuals that I know who interviewed recently, it took them about 3 weeks from the phone screen to get a interview date. I wouldn't worry.

Feel free to pm me but just curious if anyone could answer me if they had any previous bust on check rides. And if they were or were not given an offer to interview before asked to fill out the addendum?
Just feel like I'm in limbo.

The phone interview for me seemed pretty much a technicality and I was given an interview date during the call.

I had two primary check ride failures. It's been a while, but I seem to remember I had already filled out and attached an explanation for each to my application. Did you have that option?
