Yes it was. Sterling was not very proactive with getting things done. I believe they are no longer doing the checks, so hopefully things get done a little quicker. I know others had the same issue with them as well.

I would have been in class a month sooner but sterling didn't let me know a previous airline didn't send in my employment history. Had to send in my w2 to verify when jb called. He said sorry but wasn't anything he could have done.

Anyone else who got the phone screen still waiting on the email to set up the interview date/time? Not sure what to think at this point. My phone screen was Monday and all seemed to go well.
