I interviewed in the 1/12/16 group and it was something like this.
After you show up you wait in the lobby of the building until somebody from JetBlue comes down to signs you in. They take you up as a group and the first stop was a table they set up to collect your paper work and make sure you have everything.
Next they took us up to another waiting room where they collected our pria paper work, took our finger prints, and took a drug test (they have water in the waiting room). Nobody is really watching per say but the room is next to a busy area of the office. Just don't be that weird guy in the corner playing on this phone. There are other interviewees in the waiting room so we all just chatted each other up. I was in there about 40 mins waiting my turn.
Next they took me a few floors down to a conference room where they had snacks and drinks. They take your logbooks for review and now your waiting to be taken back for the 2 on 1 TMAT interview. While you wait there are chief pilots, line pilots, and other company personnel in the room answering any question you have. Ask away because they want to talk. Most questions were about reserve, future growth, benefits, ect.
Your interviewers pick you and walk you down to the interview room. It's a really big room with several interviews going on at once. I used the time to chat them up about the local area since I lived in the neighborhood. I don't remember all the questions but here are a few:
How did you prepare for the interview? Did you read any of the books?
Why JetBlue? What's something you learned about JetBlue while preparing that most people don't know? Who's the ceo? What are our core values? What are our bases? TMAT you were unhappy at work and what did you do? TMAT you delt with unruly passengers? TMAT an FO questioned a decision you made. I was with them about 20-30mins. They were supper friendly. Then back to the waiting room.
Next was 'the assessment'. They give you 2 hrs I think I was there about 1:20. It's nothing you can prepare for. They take you to a room with a bunch of computers set up and other interviewees taking the 'test'. It's a long personality test, some cognitive thinking questions, and a desk top flight sim. I didn't feel like I did a very good job. Then back to the waiting room.
Next they pull you out for the exit interview. It's very HR oriented. Why JetBlue? Where else have you applied? Any checkride or drug test failures? Anything else we need to know? Then back to the waiting room where you can hangout as long as you want. I stayed about another 30 mins talking to a chief pilot then thanked everyone, collected my logbook and left.
I got an email a few days later saying I was in phase 2. Sterling did my background check. I did have to resubmit my pria paper work. I guess it got lost somewhere along the way. I got an email first week in April saying I had passed phase 2. I immediately sent an email inquiring about upcoming classes and got a call the next day for the 5/4 class.
For what it's worth I'm a regional guy with about 8200 TT and 1700 TPIC. No job fairs, VIB, blue darts, or anything like that. I applied March of last year but I did seven internal letters of recommendation (just line pilots nobody special), an NYC address, and I used the core values anywhere I could such as my cover letter.
Hope this helps

My interview on 3/12 was exactly the same. Except they no longer do the drug test at the interview. I was studied up and had to ask lol. They said nope, not today. Once in phase 2 they send a FedEx package with instructions on how to submit for a local (in your area) drug test and has to be completed within 48hours of receipt... Overall the JB interview was extremely laid back and informative. It will be a good experience for you and like previously mentioned, use the time to interact with and ask anything you may want to know. They really want to educate you and make you feel at home. Like they say, it's a chance to interview them to see if they're a good fit for you, too! Best of luck.
