I'm currently prepping with Emerald. So far I definitely recommend it. The audio/video courses will show you how to properly answer the TMAAT questions, which is a major part of the JetBlue interview. Prior to your interview you can setup a mock interview with one of Emerald's consultants that specializes with JetBlue interviews. Your EC subscription is also good for life, so I think it's worth the price tag.

How many days was the trip vs how many days did you RTF? If it was a 2 day trip or less, then you're good. If it was a 3 day trip or greater, even if you were legal to fly it, they would not have called you.
Also, were your RTFs over 1, 2-day trip or 2, 1-day trips. If they were over 2, 1-day trips, they won't call you since you're still on the hook for that second 1-day trip until 7 am the day before.
Most importantly, do you get Flica Alerts? If you do, look at the time stamp you received that alert. If it showed up 4 hours or later before the show time of the trip, they should have called you. If it showed up 3:59 or closer to show time, technically they don't have to call you.
Finally, just make sure you were legal for the trip. No 117 issues with show times/release times and block.
If you checked off all the blocks above, call CS and ask why you weren't called for the trip. If they should have, you'll get pay protected for the trip. Don't let them try and BS you. Good luck. Let us know how it works out.

I was RTF today as well legal for any pairing. Was RTF for only one day. They gave a two day pairing too a guy with one day left?... I don't see that they broke the pairing up... But I do think it's strange that they gave a two day pairing to a one day guy.... The grid shows him as the only one that was available for it. So maybe he's getting an extra days pay for it...
I just trying to get some money here to buy a house!

Felt - it could have been that the reserve had one day of a availability AFTER the present day. They also could have put in a request to work their day off in conjunction with the reserve day. Either way though - I think you still should have got it?

And as others have said, you can put an RTF on any open day through FLICA....if you have a DFT, you need to call CS.
