Maybe I was never notified that I was in phase 1… And now they are just fixing the glitch! Of course there is no one and no email that I could ask this question to… The joys of the airline hiring system!

They do this a couple of times a year. So pilots that want to apply or add to the resume may do so. It allows those that are not interested to walk away as well.

And I am going to follow you in the TOTD list by adding that when one of us brakes the rules, not only they would expect that form him all the times, but they would start to expect that from everybody else.
Soon the exception would become the rule.
Please everybody, don't lower the bar, especially now during negotiation.
