I feel your pain! After months of being paid to do nothing having to go back on Short call feels like the end of the world. Feels like you have no more freedom! I promise you tho. It gets better. Maybe.

What I find more concerning is that we have pilots that believe this stuff, yet they’re still commuting into work for their STI redeye. That’s a lot of weight on one’s mind. I’d be trying to PTO every trip so I can be ready for the New World. Like why even bother with work?

See, that’s where they got you. You have that hope that it’s just a few short months away. It’s always just a few short months away. Just hang in there, we’ll bail you out a little bit longer. You don’t get it, do you? It’s never coming back. Ever. It’s going to roll from on strain to the next and the next. You might get a short easing of some restrictions just to give you the illusion of progress, but that will be short lived. They will take everything from you. All the while you will feel hopeful because the government just gave you another bailout. Every bailout is just a nail in the coffin. Every dollar they print to prop up what eventually will unravel and collapse, only then it will be too late.
I gotta run, word out of Fauci today that the vaccine might not be very effective for the strain from South Africa. Oh man, hang tight, for a little longer, only until we develop the next vaccine for this strain. Then we’ll be ok to reopen. Maybe.
Sad to say that most people will find this post as crazy. Except it’s not. Oh well. Not many people will realize until the very end. Until there is nothing left.

So let me get this straight ... the whole time this virus was created in a lab, unleashed on the world in a multi-national back room
shadow government all to control the population, at the same time destroy the economy,
then only to print more money and spend more money only to try and fix/prop up the economy that “they” knowingly destroyed, all to wipe out “their own” stocks, retirement funds, home values (which all rely on a robust economy) plus direct lines of tax revenues which “they” use to fund said government controls so they can control via lockdowns and curfews for an ever growing unrest un-employed population? For which.... will only all unravel, leaving major supply chain breakdowns across a multitude of industries from farming to medical to transportation .... then only then when everything is leveled and total chaos has ensued amongst “the people” will the multi national shadow government reveal its self to the world .... to usher in more control? Im still waiting for the 10 year old potholes to get filled in my town. Once that happens, I will start to worry. How about an LOA for mandatory physc exams before flights? Some of you guys are so far out to lunch.
