Concessionary. Requires MEMRAT. Clear enough?

Would likely pass a MEMRAT.

if you can’t handle a 5 hour monthly reduction for 2 extra days off and saving hundreds or thousands of JB pilot jobs that is pretty selfish.

it’s the principle of it. Yeah I can. If Jetblue can’t afford to pay 190/ FO Reserves 5 extra hours they have bigger problems.

Have you had your head in the sand the past several months? Maybe you haven’t noticed the 90% plus drop in passenger demand this year. JetBlue is hemorrhaging money, and your *****in about a 5 hr reduction!?! This action keeps your fellow pilots employed and allows them to care of their families. Pilots will complain about anything, unreal.

We have a lot of selfish pilots here at JB that would have undoubtedly voted to put you and I on the street if it saved them a dollar. How many captains are being paid 15 grand to sit at home and do nothing? They don’t care about anybody else’s family-that’s evident now. So now we’re getting 70 instead of 75 hours to do nothing (with 2 extra days off)...with snap backs in place. Or until we actually do get furloughed next May. Line holders are working for their money. Should it have went to a vote? Yea, it probably should have. But thank God the union looked out for us. It’s pretty apparent how our ‘brothers’ would have voted.

I’m not thrilled about the 5 hour reduction for Reserves, but you’re absolutely right. Let’s not forget that the pilots that we now partnering with, some of them are our friends, are waiting by their mailbox today for some nasty news.

I think the concern is more about the precedent it sets across the industry. Personally, I think the LOA is a good deal overall, but other pilot groups could see us as leading the way with “concessions” while they’re standing strong despite thousands of Warn letters.

Nobody is taking pleasure in the codeshare agreement. That’s way beyond our control.
