Do you folks reckon that they like to see volunteering and company involvement mainly because they know that those types of people will be willing to tow whatever the company throws at them?

That's not just a JetBlue thing.

Delta and United like that as well.

We are in an HR world, the days of pilots hiring pilots is over.....sadly

Seems like a lot of folks getting the phone interview are north of 4,000TT... Is this the "unofficial min" or are people getting the invite with less than that? Wondering if 3100TT/mil is competitive or not-
