If you want to work for a company that insists the sky is pink but you think or know that it isn't, you simply don't fit or understand the culture of Jetblue. The culture starts with dishonesty and loyalty and not integrity or the other fake 5 values.

If you can't get hired at any other major or fractional or cargo then sure apply here but understand when the music stops, and it always does, the TA that is right around the corner will not be right around the corner and what you have now is what you are going to be stuck with for a very, very long time. Plus add the fact that the constant churn in the bottom 50% of the list makes this nothing more than a regional airline in terms of labor cohesiveness. The top don't care and the bottom wants out. Plus understand the fact none of our work rules (except rigs) are in our PEA and are in a company manual that is governed by 'employment law' (company owns the intent) that can and is being changed daily. Doubt that then call our Grievance Chair and ask about E4 being used to supplant E5.

We have a long way to go before we are even Spirit much less SWA or Alaska or the Big three in terms of conditions of service. I wouldn't expect a sea change until 2020'ish.

I get a kick out of reading the opinions of everyone. May I suggest that everyone go to work, do your job, act like a professional, and maybe we will get a contract for a professional. Quit whoring yourself out picking up RSA's, VDA, doubling up, etc. Until we get a contract, you do nothing other than fly your schedule. Now I know the greedy will say screw everyone else, I'm getting mine. Jetblue is not AA, Delta, United, but in some ways that's a good thing because I wouldn't want to work everyday with some of those guys. Do your job, quit whining and act like a professional pilot.
