Yes, I realize I stepped on my own tongue, being that on this board, you cannot edit after 30 mins, your stuck with what was written. Would of liked to have rewritten what I said to not come across as a whiner.

Fair enough. The limitations of web boards has caught me out too. Tailwinds.

Regardless, 64 hrs at min guarantee on 1st year pay here is better than most every other ACMI carrier and it’s what I was making on 15 year pay at my previous regional. Plus, no commuting and no crash pads? Sign me up.

Yup. My assumption when I was hired was that I would make guarantee and it would take at least 5 years to upgrade. So far I've been making about 70-75/month.

I think you have a good conservative look but i think you should be able to upgrade by year 3. Latest upgrade went as low as 16 months.

If that happens great. If not I won’t be disappointed. In the mean time I still have enough to learn about line OPS, the 747, and how to navigate the Chinese rail system that I don’t worry about it much.

Same. I'm really looking forward to years 3+ even if I'm still an FO. I fully expect a 5+ year upgrade.
