I’m sure this has been answered already but it’s tough to read through 250 pages. So my apologies in advance.

Does Kalitta allow pilots to live OCONUS?

All else being equal, how much of a hurdle will it be to get a call with just a 2 yr degree?

It isn’t required, but most of your competition has at least a 4 year degree. If you have the same exact experience as a guy with a 4 year, he will probably get the call ahead of you. It’s all about timing though, so apply and see what happens.

Got hired in April with an internal rec, and while I have the credits for it I don't even have a two year presently (doing an aviation BS through UVU online currently and a little over three years in)

I'd rate a personal rec and having good stick and rudder skills above a college degree.
This airline has zero tolerance or respect for people that can't fly like a boss.
