What he said (above)! No kidding, what's the point of sharing information if you can't be honest about the current status of affairs? Keep living in a dream world if you want Mr. "Admin", but for me I'd rather know the truth.

Mr. "Admin", I now anticipate you being in charge of a now defunct, delusional, and inconsequential message board. Enjoy entertaining yourself...

If history were to repeat itself LL would be in the back room with the Company writing the next agreement from a singular point of view, his.

If you asking yourself "what did he mean in the post above?" Kalitta FE's and PFE's had/have a pay scale that is/was in line with the industry (with in 10%). The pilots on the other hand were left hanging, why? Well you can ask LL, HN, and MH. Usually you would set the CA rate and then the FO and FE rates would be a percentage of the CA rate, not in the K4 07 agreement. Run the numbers backwards, take the PFE rate and divide them by .6 to .7 and see were the payrates should have fallen.
Protocol interests have no place in bargaining.

Exactly, it was written by FE's for FE's. Where else could a 1500 hour FE with 152 time be allowed to move to FO with a different set of "standards" in testing and training, leap frog 80+ experienced FO's on the bidding seniority list whom BTW had to have 5000 hours experience etc., and keep their higher pay????

The company recently questioned why the negotiations team was made up of FO's and that this was unfairly representing the pilot group. This wasn't an issue in the past when it was all FE's negotiating with FE's.

The majority of the the pilot group are FOs. Nothing unfair at all.

The only thing the FE's, "admin" amongst them, got right in the last contract was to protect and enrich themselves at the expense of every pilot. The 1500 hours that they are required to have is reduced to 1000 because they hold an FE. Ive actually over heard them saying they would write whatever it took into a logbook. Do they even HAVE a mere 1000 hours of C-150 experience? I guess we will find out in the accident investigation....

Judging by their skills I think the bulk of their time is in fact Parker Pen along with an attitude.

Dow Jones was talking about Atlas and Kalitta operating 767s for the new Amazon package delivery service...I don't think either operator has enough excess pilots for 20-25 new aircraft...

With a substantial pay raise at either place you might be surprised... but without one...no cliff you are right... its just not possible
