Not surprising though. This from a company that won't send you on a more direct or non-stop airline flight (less fatiguing as well), all to save 150 bucks...

NO,
The company does NOT provide I-pads! Nor would you want one that the IT department has touched. You are not required to have one. They are installed on each plane to the outboard of each pilots station. Yes, we are completely EFB for normal ops, but still do carry paper maps on board if you want to do things the old fashioned way. We still have a paper flight plan that the captain must sign, but the route is on the Jeppview map on theEFB.

Training contract? That company will be happy if you just show up. They are on a serious downward spiral they have so many problems right now and their problems are getting worse by the day and that crack management team of 80 year olds thinks they got it all figured out the only thing that company has is they will put you in a class tomorrow if you show up now 97% strike vote that is unbelievable from a company of people that mabe 30% cannot go anywhere else tells you how bad things are over there everyone is hiring dont risk your tickets with a bust on your record from their lack of trainig or a violation because you were told to do something not legal if you have the time to get hired at Kalitta you can get hired anywhere wait to get the call from Atlas at least and go through their process even the regionals contracts are stepping up they would be happy to hire you Kalitta will be out of business in 5 years don't do it

its funny the post from the owner of Fr8dog "I would like to ask to all of you who have left for greener pastures to NOT post negative thinks here and keep your negative opinions to yourselves!" Ok, that sounds exactly what the company wants. LL who's side are you on again?
