Pilot55. After doing some investigation, I see you are interested in ASI ACO. I sent you a private message earlier. Hopefully you got the information you were looking for. Did you have the ACO SIM check? How did it go. Thanks

^^^. For GAOP Preemployment flight check, I think due to Covid, if you are 121/135 and can show evidence of a current PC, the flight check might be waivable. If not, study the Commercial AMEL PTS and get some recent time in the PA-44. Oral and Flight is based on that PTS. If you have not flown a light twin in a while, don’t go into that flight check “cold”...

I was told the exemption ended at the end of October, but they can’t really make up their mind a bout anything.

Talked to a lady who went through in December - sounds like about the same as 6 years ago. 10 basic questions any Commercial/CFI ought to be able to answer. Commercial multi flight check, with a couple of approaches, steep turns, stalls, unusual attitudes, VMC demo, etc.

You are asking about the phone interview, not the flight evaluation after you`ve passed the phone interview and back round checks. The phone interview is awkward and not the typical airline interview type questions. Search back over the last year, you`ll find some answers

Question ASI ACO Check Ride

Hi all,

Anyone know what to expect on the ASI ACO sim check ride? I'm in the pool and noticed it's in a plane I have never flown before. Any information you can provide would be very helpful!
