737 headset?
On the A320 I used a Telex 850 ANR headset. The Boeing seems to be louder so I was wondering what kind of headset you 737 guys use. I don't like the idea of pushing the earpiece into the ear canal itself, so the Bose ProFlight is out. I'm leaning on the Bose A20. Good/bad? There's also the DC Pro X ANR. ?

Plenty of info already out there.

Bose QC-25 or 35 with the UFlyMike setup is the perfect compromise. Light weight, works great with over the ear ANR, comfortable, and not as big as the Bose aviation headsets. Bonus, you can use the QC headphones when flying in the back and not look like a tool.
They are not TSOd (yet), so if that is an issue, maybe have the telex headset as backup in case someone cares. I have yet to run into anyone who does.

I have A20s. Also have QC35s with UFlyMic. I didn’t like carrying the A20s around due to the bulk, but they work nicely. They do hurt my head on longer legs though...QC35 much lighter and comfortable for longer duration. I also commute which tips the scales even more in favor of the QC/UFM combo.

You said the Bose Pro Flight is out, but have you actually try it on? The ear piece doesn’t get push in like ear plugs or the CA. It just rest in the bowl of your ear like Air Pods. Going from 850 to Pro flight is big upgrade. You can buy it and try it for 30 days.

I haven't had a problem fitting the ear piece in my ear. I've found that the Pro Flight significantly mitigates 737 noise.
