AS FO
5/6 Year Scale (Mostly 5)
Included retro back to Oct 2021, so effectively 2022 W2 reflects much of the new CBA.
Gross W2 including Bonuses/Retro and Per Diem: $210k
401k DC: $27K
HSA: $1,500
Also got 90k frequent flyer miles, not sure what that's actually worth.
Total Cash Compensation: $239k (expect about $250k for 2023)
600-ish block, didn't track days off. Just fly my line, with occasional drops when available.

SY First year, Started in May, 3 months training pay + 3 weeks per diem 24/7 for going to vegas for sims, 1 month reserve, relief lines for 2 months. December pay wont be here till January, but was 170 hours credit 14k for people wondering about premium here.
Live in base, pick up what I can, mostly Turns. Able to credit over 100 hours pretty easily most months and only have 7-10 nights away from home.
Gross: 58.4k
401k contribution: 7k
340 hours block since august
