Ah, I remember the talk about that right before I retired, but it was a you guy thing and I was out the door. Not sure why someone would have switched plans that retired in the last year, either, but to each their own. Thanks.

67.5K Leave (Terminal/Paid full salary for 5 months into 2023)
0K TSP Match (Pension~55K/Yr starting 2023)
280 Flight Hours

$-2500 for ground school and start of PPL training.

All jokes aside, I’m grateful for this forum post. Not many industries are as transparent about pay as this one. I’m excited for what the future holds for me.

mid seniority Cpt, $300k, no extra flying, mostly min line bidding

$45k company 401k contribution (15%)
roughly $420/mth per diem hardly spent (typically avoid airport/hotel bar food)

So maybe just over $350k total "compensation"

Eagerly awaiting the results of other airline contracts.
