Very similar to Gordon Gecko’s quote: “Greed is good”.
I think we’ve had enough Frank Lorenzo’s in this world and don’t need more.

Newsflash, some got hired at their final airline in their 50’s. If a Spirit guy right now 55 makes the move from a sinking ship and retires with 10 yrs and 3 in the left seat at AMR do you really think he will have amassed enough to retire? Probably no. He will be seeking another job and unemployment will help fill the gap. No doubt the bashers got hired young at their final airline, no setbacks, no missteps. Good for you oracle of the future. I’m sure if you wreck your car you will not file a claim so other less fortunate can get the loot. If your house burns down you will not file a claim because you can afford to rebuild. If you go to the doctor you don’t use your healthcare plan, you pay cash. If you go to the dentist or eye doctor you also pay cash to keep health insurance costs down for others less fortunate. You knew in advance you were going to the dentist in 6 months. Why didn’t you plan on it? Why do you expect insurance to cover it?
he can easily make 250k year 2 and 300k year 3 if he so chooses. He probably was doing the same the most of the 10 years prior at Spirit. If you can’t retire off that cant kind of coin for 20 years, god help you

Your client rights, your call. Browbeating qualified airmen to withdraw legitimate due process claims or their pursuit of civil class action remedy speaks for itself. Gordo Gecko greed credo objection, overruled counselor.

Please go hire a lawyer, for the very slim chance you win… it will probably be ten years from now when it’s all said and done. Go waste your money

Waste your time and money. The only downside is these entitled whiney children are also wasting union dues. Good thing the cost is only a drop in the bucket.
They knew there was a retirement age before they got hired. It’s like those people who complain about airplane noise when the neighborhood was built after the airport.

Fortunately, law is based on what is written and past precedent and federal courts have consistently ruled the policy is a "bona fide occupational qualification" and does not violate the ADEA.

Keep sending those checks to EPAS/LEPF!

Bud, you’re getting senile. It’s “…the pursuit of happiness.”

there is no guarantee of prosperity in the Declaration of Independence, nor in the Constitution.

Good luck with your class action lawsuit, though. You’re better off setting your money on fire.

The same people who love to say “constitution” but haven’t read it since third grade social studies class

Blessings of Liberty is the promise. As protected under the bill of rights. One of which is due process. Live long & prosper. Seems happy to me.

Are you just stringing as many constitutional buzzwords together without any understanding of what you’re saying?

What exactly is your argument?
