Question Anyone Know Military Flight Time Conversions...

I know many airlines offer a military conversion for flight time. Could anyone post them here... Any and all would be appreciated...especially for the hiring airlines!!! I am particularly interested in Continental's .
Thanks in advance,

I think continental is .2 per sortie... I can't remember if that was on their website, or if I was told that on here, but I'm 99% sure it is .2 per sortie.

I think begals is right, It is either .2 or.3 per sortie. The military logs time from wheels up to back on the ground +5 minutes. (That's what we did in the Herk world.)

Not so sure about the UPS conversion #. When I interviewed, they asked about my flight time and if any conversion had been added. I was fortunate not to have had to add any conversion IOT meet the mins.

Default UAL + NWA Military Conversion

From UAL's application, looks like they do not use a conversion factor

Anyone know if NWA has one?

How come you say you were fortunate? I think any mil guy worth their salt SHOULD add the conversion. It's given for a reason. The airlines know that a mil guy (especially fighter guy) is going to be substantially lower than a standard RJ guy because we get typically 3 sorties a day at around an average of 1.0. However, the taskings and demands of that sortie are head and shoulders above flying an ILS to a full stop. And in parallel, any airline worth their salt SHOULD understand the quality of time a mil guy presents. No mil guy should disregard the conversion if the airline puts it there for a reason, in my .02 of course.
