Holy smokes!! It seems he touched the left wing tip. Surprised he even attempted the landing.

hmm.. I wonder if the Airbus still felt the need to tell the pilot he (she) was a "retard" during flare

That is a correct technique for landing a big jet in a xwind only he may have forgot to put in the right wing down correction while kicking the nose in the flare. You could hear those wind gusts on the camera. Wonder what the winds actually were. Landed a B-707 in max xwinds of 32.5 kts before and it was sporty but manageable.

Ahhhhhh Correct technique? What part was correct? maybe the ZERO rudder use? Or perhaps the dragging of the wingtip? Maybe the go around procedure
after grinding the wing tip off?

Geez pal, You won't be "demonstrating" that technique in my cockpit.

Thanks Siskel, for your blow-by-blow of the film

Lets make sure we don't ever have to share the cockpit together

cant use the cessna technique when you have engines on both wings and wings are just that much closer to the ground....sure you can get away with it on low wings like pipers but i wouldnt want to try it with an airliner
