"Latest and Greatest" about jetBlue

Aircraft and base assignments are awarded according to your age in the class. Seems like the growth bases are BOS and JFK in that order.
To give you an idea of how things are moving on the 190, the first two classes (September and October) are line holders in February. Not every single person, but many.
Choose a base where you don't mind sitting reserve and can commute to easily.

Thanks, I live in Florida so either bos or Jfk is fairly easy. Favoring Bos as I have had my share of JFK. I would like to hold a line as everyone else and thinking the 170 is obviously quicker as you pointed out. But the flying of the Bus seems nicer as far as destinations and routes. ( I prefer long routes). Either way I am looking forward to the challenges and ready to have a good time meeting new peeps. Thanks for the input.

Be ready on Day 1 of training to fill out your preference for plane and location...might be decided in the first hour!

If you're offered a job at Jetblue and sign the individual contract, do you make a commitment to the company? As in, you're not allowed to leave within the first two years?
Thanks
Thanks
