People recently hired off the streets: at the bottom.

The list is effective 60 days after the NMB rules us a "Single Carrier". Prior to that, who knows where Frontier will get pilots.

After that, any pilot can bid on any position within the restrictions of the fence. Basically the fence protects upgrades for Frontier people in the airbus, and upgrades for the RAH people in the CRJ/135/140/145/170/175 (but not the 190). Frontier has recalled all of our first officers so the positions will be filled from the new IMSL with RAH and/or Midwest folks. They will slide in at their seniority on the IMSL.

I'm not sure. The rationale the arbitrator lays out makes a lot of sense from the Frontier pilots' perspectives. Then he lays out the list and and we were like w+f?

Unbelievable. Basically meaning that if you're an F9 FO you just got slammed. Any new openings in the bus will most likely be filled by guys senior to you regardless of the fence.

I still would really like to read the entire award and can't seem to find it anywhere.
