Playing the sexual harrassment card for political favor doesn't work for me. As far as "female member of this board", she realizes that accusations of what constitutes sexual harrassment, cover a broad spectrum. One person's definition of sexual harrassment can be quite different from another person's definition. For example, a guy I used to work with took a liking to me, flirted with me and eventually asked me out. Does this constitute sexual harrassment? I hardly think so. I wasn't interested in the guy, so I laughed it off and politely told him that I had a policy to not date guys I work with. Another person may have considered that sexual harrassment. I believe that women who are truly sexually harrassed in the work place should not tolerate it whatsoever, but there have been frivolous lawsuits that have cheapened the issue of true sexual harrassment.

DCkozak pretty much summed up my feelings. Our current administration is a disaster and has caused what may be irreparable harm to this country.
What you left wing, america haters forget is that while Clinton was getting serviced in the Oval Office good people in the field were waiting for a command decision to take out Osama which never came.
I think Billy should be arrested and charged with treason - the most important duty of a president is to protect the country.
Clinton is just as responsible for 9/11 as Osama bin Laden.
I can't believe that he gets the rock star treatment everywhere he goes -how soon you liberal idiots forget. Talk about harm done to the country - George W. Bush is only trying to fix the mess that the Clintons got us in.

Lol, you've got to be kidding me right? Bush is only trying to fix the mess Clinton got us into? Dude, seriously, Bush got us into this mess all by himself without help from Bill. 3,000 Americans dead and thousands others wounded. I value every American serviceman in this country, but frankly i dont think a lot of them want to lay their life down in Iraq, I know i sure as hell wouldnt. It would be different if they attacked us first. Bush should have pulled his head out and realized that preemptive attacks never go over well. You talk about us so called "liberal idiots." You are probably just some right-wing ultra-conservative hypocrite who is ****ed that your boy is in some deep sh*t right now after his party was voted out of congress.

Skygirl,

What do you expect from someone who would stab his pilot peers in the back by taking a non-Union job and undercutting Union contracts? Every time Gscab speaks he reveals himself as the lowlife scum he is.

Put him on ignore. And don't give him or his jetBlue cronies a jumpseat.

Gman has really reached the bottom in this thread. He's clearly no ambassador to anyone who considers themselves a professional pilot.

Question for you.

In the fall of 2000 Bush was elected, and took power soon after.

Now, do you seriously think that Al Qada and every other muslim extremist group out there said to themself; "they just elected Bush Jr., let's plan terrorist attacks because we suddenly hate them!"?

In case you haven't noticed, they have been hating us for years, to include the 8 years that Bill spent in office. Did you forget about the USS Cole and Embassy attacks? All on Clinton's watch mind you. And lets not get started on the sitaution in Africa right now, again, a problem that Bill could have helped while in office.

Now I'm not going to argue whether or not Bush has aggrivated the situation. But not puttting ANY blame what so ever on Clinton is extremely narrow of mind. Funny for a democrat.

That is a fair statement in that I would not blame 9/11 on either bush or clinton, who really saw that coming? We hadnt been attacked like that since Pearl Harbor 60 years ago. However, the reason for iraq was WMDs, not osama. And bush sent us to iraq, clinton didnt.

Comparing Clinton's lie about his sex life (who cares?) to the many serious lies we've been fed by the Bush administration is a no-brainer.
I'd just like to point out that for the most part I'm right wing and I absolutely love women.

I just read all 6 pages and the first 2 were pretty good reading then the personal attacks started and now it is completely off track.

****So back on track****

1. What is the legal definition of terrorism?
2. Who inserted this into the bill?
3. What rights of unionized workers does this trample on?
4. Isn't it the judicial system that says whether a strike is legal or not? Or is it legislative? Either way it's never been executive has it?
5. Have strikes always been able to be trumped by the branch of government calling the shots now or is this a more or less "new" trend?
6. By knicking away at the rights of unionized workers, being able to force them back to work, has the purpose of a union been completely nullified while giving management a "strong arm" on the situation?
7. Does anyone here ACTUALLY BELIEVE that the President of the United States, whoever it will be at the time, would have the military bust a cap in a group of striking pilots and then expect them to return to work? Do you think america would stand for it?
8. Did you know the human head weighs 8lbs but the pilots 12?
9. Are there any current appeals for this being taken to court?
10. Are there any previous established laws for unions that make the establishment of this one nullified?

Ten questions I'd like to have answers to. Perhaps this will keep the thread back on track and in the direction of aquiring more knowledge on the subject rather than stating everyone's political agenda.
