For sure. You have to laugh at some of the blue juicers on here. They try to make out that all is well in the bluthiesphere.

They try to claim the Pilot group are happy but for a small number of whiners on chat forums.

1000 Pilots in 3a, hundreds of Pilots already gone, and hundreds more intent on quitting tells a very different story.

In short, HUGE numbers of JB guys aren't happy!

A few juicers appear to be though.

JJ

I believe the actual number involved in 3A is 959.

This number is more startling when you realize that only about 1500 pilots were even eligible.

My understanding is that about 1200 were eligible.

What timeframe?
Been here 3 years I don't think I have moved up hundreds.
People have left people will leave but let's keep it real.

Ok. Let's keep it real.

I say again; HUNDREDS of PILOTS have left JB by JOICE! Granted, that didn't happen during your 3 years here. Regardless, HUNDREDS of PILOTS have left!

Is that real enough for you???

Yes I know. Sometimes the facts are inconvenient. Too bad!

Well over 100 left in 2007. I know I've moved about 120 since 2008. Low hundreds but I'd concur that yea that's valid. Watch at least 100 leave from now till fall of next year. I'd bet. Who,s in? Wager up

Now till sept. 1 2014... anybody? I guarantee it. From the horrible 100 to the bottom of the barrel guys are out. Sheet I'm out. Bets close sept 1

Two of the doctors dont take insurance but they submit it on the back end of service then United decides what they will reimburst (which isnt close to what the doctor charged) and then say o well on the difference and dont count that towards out of pocket either. The numbers right now have us at 13,800 out of pocket before 100% coverage and Blue benefits confirmed that number. I like you had no idea going into this year how bad this insurance is and I have a healthy family. Yes that 13800 is before seed money, HSA or FSA funds. Almost all in network by the way besides the 2 Dr's mentioned above. Thank god my significant other works.

Sounds like the problem isn't with the plan but with the doctors you chose and UHC. Any insurance would do the same thing if you go to doctors that don't accept that insurance plan. The insurance plans we have aren't good, but that's not the source of your problem. If you were at Delta and under UHC making the same choices, the results would be similar.

I had my fill of UHC at my last employer and went with BCBS ( after checking that all the doctors my family were currently seeing were covered). Checked today, and their numbers are spot on with no issues. Like I said, we've hit the individual deductible and the max co-insurance, and with seed money and FSA are no where NEAR what you're looking at.

This is why we are switching to Kaiser, more monthly costs( plan cost is tax deductable) 20-co pay. Under Kaiser Everything covered if you go to Kaiser medical facilities, can't have another year like this.

Close to 30 have left with almost no active hiring. 44 DAL furloughs going back as well. Waiting to hear on the remainder of the AA crowd. Potentially 100+ by the end of the year with, again, no major hiring. For those who don't leave 2014 could be very difficult for staffing.

But that's ok. Maruster said we hired the wrong people anyhow. We should have hired more "happy to be here" types.

You just make yourself look bad.
Since I am the jr guy it's not so "inconvenient" for me.
Yes I know people are not leaving Delta (unless they were furloughed) to come here and guys shouldn't leave a "Major airline"
All I asked is what timeframe.
Back to your ranting.

I know that in 2007/2008, at least 157 left. I'm quite sure over 43 have left since. That makes at least two hundred.

So yes, "hundreds" of Pilots have left JB by choice to find employment elsewhere.

And still, many want to leave.

Speaks volumes doesn't it? Or, were they just overly fussy types?
