Yeah, it't not the best odds to best against or with.

I think it's going to be 50% in our group of 6 people. I am hoping for a tad more.... lol but hey I get it!

That being said, anyone have any input about references being called? 3 of 6 have had them called as of Tuesday (interview was late last week) ....

Any references being called is a good sign. No calls to references is obviously not so good :-/

Does anyone know what special qualifications are triggering the interview calls? ie. B737 Type, Military pilot, Check Airman etc, recent currency etc?

That's the first I've heard of this. I know both Atlas and FedEx do DOD charters and they have pools with people in them right now. Why couldn't SWA have one?
