question for the military guys on applications. What did you do for job history if you've been employed only by the military? Did you break up assignments or just say I've been Air Force for 10 years? I have the info of assignments broken up on my resume, but was wondering if only having "1 employer" is scored differently?

I did 20 years and broke each assignment up with descriptions, time, supervisor, etc.

I put my UPT time as a separate assignment as well.

Ditto. This is not the time to be lazy. Break it out by assignment.

Prior... i did the following, broke down everything,.... I went to an army green to corporate gray event and what was told was to breakdown everything within a time frame of service in the description section of the application. If there are different assignments within the time frame , I.e. EP, OCT or IP, etc. built another employment reference, the HR department will figure out what you did, it worked for me and got hired, they were pretty cool about it. Hope it help...G'luck

Default New Delta hire

Got the DAL CJO a few days ago

Early-retired MIL (Dec14)- ATP, CFI
C-130 & T-1 background
3579 TT (no conversion), 1702 sorties
1956 PIC
1021 IP
2 internal Delta recs
Clicked submit on AirlineApps on 29 OCT 2014
Received DAL invite email on 16 DEC 2014

Arnie Kraby said indoc should be sometime in April, and confirmed that Delta would be hiring ~1000 this year. I had initially held back on submitting because I was concerned about my recency (0 hrs in past 2 years thanks to non-flying staff job), but luckily someone talked me into it. My .02 is better to submit and then update, vs waiting until it's perfect. Good luck!
