How can you study for the cog, I don't think lumosity is going to cut it is it?

Study the cog gouge. If you don't know exactly what the test contains ahead of time....well, you deserve whatever score you get.

Liberty Pilot. I've been at this about a year and been to several job fairs. Here's what I know:

Women in Aviation (yes you can attend as a male): March 5-7, Dallas TX. All airlines you care about will be there.

Organization of Black Professional Aviators (OBAP): August 12-14, DC. All airlines you care about will be there.

There are other smaller job fairs hosted throughout the year by organizations like FAPA (future & active pilot advisors) and aerocrew solutions. These usually don't attract the Big 4 but sometimes one of them will attend. I went to one last year that Southwest attended. Check their websites. Basic Membership in FAPA is pretty cheap (Like $50 annually), and their website is a good source of job Fair info. Additionally, they will email you when application windows open at all airlines.

Hope this helps

You're probably asking in the wrong thread, but here's what worked for me for Delta, in order of helpfulness:

1) Aerodynamics for the Naval Aviator (only the turbojet engine section...20 pages or so).
2) Mental Math for Pilots by Ronald D. McElroy
3) Ace the Technical Pilot Interview by Gary Bristow
4) Airline Pilot Interviews by Irv Jasinski
5) Checklist for Success by Cheryl Cage
6) Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot by Richie Lengel
