reading all these cjo's it's pretty clear that those over 40 with over 8k hours (for example) who happened to be laid off from whoever in the last 5-10 years and have heaps of intl 121 time are shinola out of luck and might as well apply as a walmart greeter. Can't tell you how many guys i know that got screwed out of a job during the lost decade. Congrats to those getting hired today.
