If anything his entire work history is a clinic of hard work, persistence and self starting so IMO he should put it all in regardless. I'm just trying to figure out of he wasted his internals (with follow ups) by not having everything in back to HS.

I know, I just meant would it get pinged with greater than 10 years but less than all the way back to HS if it otherwise would have been pinged. I already told him to hack the rest of it in and he's doing that now. But he had a few internals including the "your friend will be reviewed" email but has not recieved a "fix it" email yet.

I don't think so. I really doubt that not having all the work history in his app is a discriminator. If anything he would get an email telling him to fix it. I actually have a buddy that met the VP and the next day he received an email telling him to fix his work history. He fixed it and still hasn't been called and that was about 8 months ago.

I am finishing OE at Delta and still don't expect my dd214 until next month--Delta lists it on the documents to bring to interview. I just brought an email from AFPC that I had been approved to retire (but I still had not officially submitted my formal request). I went to indoc on normal leave and signed out on terminal leave the day after indoc. Still on terminal now.

. When I got the invite to interview I had 15 September as my date of availability. When I sat down and did some maths I realized I only had enough leave for 22 September and updated it about 5 weeks before my interview.
