No feigned indignation. TT may have threatened and wrote of it but didn't. There was much peer pressure to never do so. "We don't do that at DALPA" AG did. They didn't have the required 2/3 so they pulled the roll call. Don't hide behind the senatorial majority BS - the PM governs. An allowed procedure, but don't even attempt to play the moral high ground. AG pulled the handle on the Guillotine after the Kangeroo Court recall and execution of KR.
Also big difference with TT's nomination which was a gesture for someone that had no chance of winning. JVS was the front runner and heir apparent with the majority of votes until it looked like AA might get the additional vote and then he was chucked unceremoniously under the bus with ZERO votes.
The good thing is it is not a N/S thing - the entrenched bureaucracy will eat thier own who don't tow the party dogma as fast as anyone else.

Why do you think they are getting that? Out of the goodness of management's heart? Can you even grasp the concept of pattern bargaining? Since you apparently cannot, I'll spell it out... look at our contract and then look at who negotiated a contract AFTER us..... and even then they failed on payrates.....
