Been out of the regionals for a long time now. Can’t say one way or another what your experience is with the teamsters. This is what I know; we are on the heels of winning a lawsuit against our company, which to date has cost north of half a million. Money and lawyer expertise to fight our F&H infused management. Money and lawyers we could have never funded.

So, what are we getting for our money? Trick question; we aren’t paying dues. Get that, we aren’t paying any dues. A lawsuit that we are winning; going to win. Which if that were the only thing the teamsters did for us, would be reason enough to have them on the property.

Your regional struggles are immense. You compete for contracts. We compete for passengers. Different ball game. That struggle was defined long before any of us got here. So, I’m I satisfied as a non-dues paying member? Yup.

No dues yet? Good to hear. That will definitely be the last time the teamsters give you a free ride. All I will say is never trust national. Only trust the representatives you know. FYI the teamster national are trying to double charge local 357 (republic pilots) for flight pay loss.

All politics is local. If you guys are unsatisfied with your representation, what are you doing to change it? De-certification is just a card drive away. UPS and NetJets pilots did it.

How did I defend the teamsters? What is your disdain is our means of pilot unity. I guess you really hate the teamsters. Good for you. Have you started the card drive to de-certify? If so, what is your preferred alternative?

Hope the best for the allegiant pilot group. Just want to give you a warning about the teamsters. Please look at their bargaining history. What good has come of them? Does anyone represented have a good contract? Maybe horizon but that is still in the regional hell hole.

Hope my disdain works for your pilot group. Really. Your negotiations will yield what your company wants. Teamsters equals happy company. I hope I'm wrong. What do you believe? In the teamsters? What have they accomplished?

Yes I do hate the teamster. No I have not started a card drive because decertification is not in the best interest of my pilot group. You are right. Why did you choose teamsters? The only alternative is in house union.

This is an eclectic group that has been around the block and then some. A lot of us are trying to get out of here anyhow, but before we leave; we’re gonna drop a little surprise in MG’s toilet.

ABX and NetJets come to mind. Regardless of what came later, both had industry-leading contracts negotiated by IBT.
