I know what you mean but it never gets old when a young boy or girl comes up to let you know it is their first ride. And sometimes they bring a MILF up front with them. Back several years ago it even led to a few rendevous in that city over the next two months.

True they don't have to furlough but they will just for the hell of it, example 2003. The company will violate your contract on a daily basis and bet that you don't have the stones to grieve it and if you do they will pay a few pennies and do it again. This company does not respect its employees at all. Sorry to be so negative, but this place is ********ing miserable.

Just another opinion. Did a transcon redeye last night and feel like shi.....
I would never want a steady diet of this stuff and would avoid it big time. Night flying in my opinion is for nocturnal birds - not me! I remember years ago commuting from EWR to SLC on UPS through SDF and was amazed how "wore out" and tired (no disrespect intended) some of the boys looked in the crewroom at 2am. Financially UPS may be a good decision but the lifestyle is not for me. Lots of gambles in the airline business today, but as legacy carriers go, CAL is among the safer choices at this moment. I know, wait ten minutes and things could change. If you hate night flying as I do, go with CAL. Good Luck!!
