Default Pre 9/11 payscales

Does anyone have a pre 9/11 (or pre 30-40% concession contract) pay sclaes for any of the legacy carriers?

This would be a great resource as ALL of the legacies are going to be in contract negotiations within the next 2 or so years.
Thanks

American Airlines First Officer Rates effective 8/31/99

A/C type*****2nd year*****7th year*****12th year
MD80********60.63*******109.12*******120.46
767*********66.15*******119.06*******131.43
777-300******78.48*******141.25*******155.93

Sorry I don't have Capt rates. Twelve year FO rates times 1.5 would get you fairly close. This chart lists the following A/C; 777-300, 777-200, 747SP, DC10-30, DC10-10, A300, 767-300, 767-2ER, 767, 757, 737-800, 727-200B, 727-223, 727-100, MD80, 737-300, 737-200, F100...yes that's 19 of them. It looks like they are currently 12-15% below the 99 rates. Hope this helps.

remeber ryan that a more important part of a contract than pay rate is the section that refers to QOL and benefits. good QOL and benefits are the equivalen in $ of 30%-40% of hourly rates. bringing that back would be more important than bringing back pay rates.

Show me your calculation that QOL and benefits are equivalent to 30-40% of hourly wages. Please post your spread sheet.

It all depends on what stage of life you're in. My time benifits my kids more than the extra money would. QOL for my wife and 3 kids is not something I could explain on microsoft excel.
Once the kids have have graduated from college, the money might be more important. However, that's still 16 years away.

ATA's were far worse than they are now, but in 2002 they became pretty damn good, getting better.

However, in 2004 the first of 3 rounds of concessions began along with BK.

wow, its been so long I almost forgot that they used to make money. Isn't it odd that everyone seems blown away by FedEx/UPS new contracts when in reality they are just catching up to the pax airlines 8 years ago. What a sad industry.
