No you are correct my apologies... I forget those two...wasn't trying to flame..was trying to prove the point that Frontier and Allegiant and Spirit seem to be a lateral move between each other... the problem our surveys showed with the proposal as well as Allegiant's new book were not the top numbers..: it was the slope of crap in between. And NK management knows it... LOTS of junior left seats here... so 168 am hour for a five or six year CA is too many percentage points below standard. Does that mean they'll give us what we want or deserve? Who knows I try to be a realist

Now if they were a 3 or 4 year guy that would be something. And I'm having a hard time imagining anyone with more than a year of seniority making that lateral move. But I could be wrong.

Something to consider about Allegiant. As long as Maury Gallagher is at the helm you can never forget where Allegiant came from. It's why I left. This is a very long read and has 3 parts (links at the bottom of the page). I think it's a valid read for all pilots, especially those at Allegiant and considering it.

I am not trying to be disrespectful or mess up numbers... all I'm saying is the big no no for me personally would be the slope... it saves the company millions by paying the junior captains what they know is light years below industry average. But hey the top number (12 yr CA at the amendable date) is 232!! Super but you've lost TONS in the interm compared to your peers. But you have an argument...I'm two years past my amendable date with no TA in sight. At the end of the day I'm no internet troll like CUJO. I want us all to lead proseperous careers and take care of our families comfortably regardless of what paint scheme is on the jet.

And to the original poster..Spirit is not what it was five years ago so I will throw caution to the wind as well. Maintenance is great and the operation is getting better but management in a word is useless. It's constant kumbaya crap pretending to have a southwest like culture when in fact they're just delaying the inevitable of paying us appropriately (without conceding any of our good QOL rules). You won't hear management talk about upgrades anymore because they simply do not exist if you aren't already on property and we don't order more busses. Most of us are just waiting to be bought or merged with someone else which could fare favorably or not so much for our group. Time will tell and I enjoy flying here, but I and most other line pilots here will tell you to really know what your signing up for.

When I got hired we were a year off of a strike with a fairly good book..that and no one respects your idiotic opinion, are you aware that every time you open your mouth you sound less knowledgeable? You have the honorable distinction of being the biggest horses A$$ in a sea of them. Congratulations
