and to me this is the reason Atp classes will be offered!
it’s my opinion that 70%every regional cjo/applicant pool consist of the same people.
by the time regionals start hiring that pool will evaporate & its back to hiring cfi’s

I’m willing to bet all the 900s get parked and swapped for 175s in the next couple years. No way AA is getting rid of Mesa. Training will be a s!@$ show tho. Sounds like the old IAD guys aren’t getting through training smoothly.

If they’d have flown with some (key word) of those guys they wouldn’t be surprised by that. Talk about stuck in old procedures.

There’s 2000 on the street from failed regionals. CFIs will be a while.

Second this! We have lost multiple CFI's that got immediate class dates with a couple of the regionals. All of them were sent to ATP/CTP before heading off to INDOC. Some of them had no affiliation with the regional and some had CJO's.

The classic starts the trip off “I like to fly by the book” then proceeds to not read or call out FMA’s, ignore everything new in the CFM/GOM over the last two years, and just be a substandard as possible. Then complain to me that AQP is too hard. Like dude AQP is actually incredibly easy if you’d learn how to work your iPad and read your company manuals and stop using procedures from 7-10 years ago. That’s my issue with some of this pilot group.
