Yep. But you have to be instrument current - so all those pilots from defunt regionals are SOL?

I don’t know anyone here especially on the CRJ side that’s been here over 2 years and is still on reserve. Maybe if they bid it sure. But actually getting out on reserve? That’s a totally different story. They can hold a line pretty easily as an FO just about anywhere with the exception of probably Phoenix. If you’re a captain and only been here 2 years and are complaining about reserve I don’t even wanna hear it.

not accurate there were folks in systems class during the pandemic.

matter of fact. There were new hires in every phase of training Indoc, systems ,fpt ,sim and folks slated for ioe.

You are being lied to. Now where these people might be feeding you bad information is that there is not a 2020 hire on the line, every single one of the 2020 hires were in training when the pandemic started and had their training immediately stopped, including those on their last day of IOE (which was a damn stupid decision by the company if you ask me)
