When will training restart

Selling a newhire fairy tales of being on the line in six to seven months knowing full well otherwise might be considered by some to be “wrongful deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.” I’m not advocating what they’re doing and it’s far from wise but in the rat race that Mesa perpetuates it’s not hard to see why it’s happening.

This. Mesa is in the wrong. They deserve everything they get.

Fellow MESA pilots, your Master Executive Council Representatives have been informed that MESA is moving forward in purchasing more EJET simulators.
Once again, I repeat, MESA is rooting itself in to be the best Regional Feed airline in the world. With our dedicated codeshare partners and outstanding, superior, world class pilots, we will be the number one career destination airline.

Mesa training has no idea who is even still in new hire training or where they are at. Even all the way up to those currently in sims. I have heard an hourly sim rate from flightsafety is $600 an hour.
4x 6 = $2400 wasted multiple times a week , if not daily
Training also has scheduled pilots for these sims who have left the company weeks or months ago . HR and training might as well speak different languages because that’s what they’re good at.
Multiple 175’s parked at IAH due to no staffing available
FO’s and CA’s leaving for greener pastures as they should be
As a new hire DO NOT come here if you want to be an airline pilot within a year of being on property

12 months no. As an upgrade we got pushed through at an accelerated pace but the new hires were on about a 5-7 month footprint. Lately it’s been broken sim/sim issues, lack of instructors, failures/retraining, and scheduling issues. All things a normal training department had to deal with and not a job I envy.
