Are you that stupid Bro?
You really think they prefer a 20 year Captain over a brand-new FO with couple of hours jet experience?
You ok? Are you good?
Both have proven they are trainable to 121 standards.
The difference?
"Ohh, that's wrong, we did it this way at ExpressJet, much better!"
vs.
"YES Sir!"
My best FOs are usually the fairly new ones that listen to me.
The worst? The rehires, once a Mesa Captain, came back as an FO due to washing out of training at LCC/Cargo/Major.
Vote No!!!

You really do live a life completely detached from reality.

LMFAO!!!!! The conspiracy theorist comes up dry yet again.
You wouldn’t happen to live in Chicago would you? Because if so I think I know EXACTLY who you are.
And if you do I must say you are by far the most Bat ******* crazy person I’ve ever flown with.

He does make a good point. Culturally it’s better to have people at a regional who are coming from Cessnas, than a guy who has more experience than the Captain. Have you flown with a FO who had more experience than you? Ask the American guys about the Envoy kids who come in.

All talk no game out of both of you. Hero’s in the online forum only.
LOL, it’s to rich out of you two. Scrambling to cover each other’s fantasies.

Captain on Captain
Captain on 3 and half stripe FO
Best case?
Any other option with a knowledgeable FO
Ever heard of Asiana crash into SFO?
3 CAPTAINS IN THE COCKPIT, on a VFR approach? All systems working.
The aircrew consisted of three captains and one first officer. Captain Lee Jeong-min (Korean: 이정민; Hanja: 李鄭閔), age 49, in the right seat (co-pilot position)[10] filled the dual role of a check / instructor captain and pilot in command, responsible for the safe operation of the flight.[38] He had 12,387 hours of flying experience of which 3,220 hours were in a 777.[39]
12000 hours CFIT. Explain that one to me! Please.
My understanding is that you're not flying much right now. Your plan to be at United isn't going to work out, right? You're probably arguing that one as well, having a CONDITIONAL job offer through the Aviate program. That's my guess on your intelligence level.
You're completely clueless dude.
For the rest of us

You gonna come up with the example that YV-all talk no game-slave can’t right now?
He’s really struggling right now and could use your help. He’s got
the stage right now and he’s floundering.
What happened to you two sticking up for each other. This is his hour of need right now and you’ve hung him out to dry.
Let the record show that mj-hangs his buddies out to dry-pilot has abandoned YV-all talk no game-slave in his hour of need. All we are missing now is prop-VOTE NO-ellere to come in with his trademark bold message
