Mesa Air Group Pilot Website

The PDF conveniently leaves out the few regionals that actually pay a livable wage in the charts comparing pay rates.
I can find at least one chart that isn't factually correct. I ate breakfast with a Pinnacle crew in Idaho Falls that said the airline does use PBS. It doesn't mention them as using PBS.

I agree with you and even if what is said was true, what really bothers me is that he is happy with industry average. Would this guy be happy settling for the drunk fat chick too?

This is a lie. Show me an example and I'll stand corrected.
That said I agree with the majority of posters here, that PDF is a joke. It's full of inaccuracies. We don't even really get block or better if you have any cancellations or recrews during the bid as any guaranteed comp flushes away any over-blocks. The Mesa ALPA MEC is trying to make it appear that they actually accomplished something during this last contract negotiation as sentiment grows that ALPA sold us out on this contract.

The one thing that was absolutely correct in that PDF was the comparison of the Freedom situation to the GoJet situation. Of course he'll never admit the similarities or that he was part of an effort to circumvent another carrier's contract.

A true comparison would include all regionals for each subject, or at least be consistent across the board. (I guess Piedmont doesn't fly 50 seaters?) I can attempt to make my airline sound great too, as long as I get to pick and choose the airlines that are most convenient for me.

Great FO pay scale chart too. Which airline is assigned to the low-scale line (blue line with purple diamonds)? Randomly drawing lines on a chart to fake "industry average"...where's that moron from SC when you need him, "you lie".

All this Mesa negativity. Those that voted yes trying to save JO are probably going to be furloughed now, give them a break. Hindisght is 2020 but TA or no TA Mesa was not getting any better financially despite what I'm sure they were told for this industry below average CBA.
