In the comparison document, at the very bottom, it says, "Other carriers can no longer point at Mesa and accuse us of bringing the industry down."

Guess that is why a bunch of pilots are losing their jobs at wholly owned carriers so that Mesa can continue to operate for 60% of the pay.

Industry leading huh? Based on all those fancy charts and diagrams it appears AWAC is one of the industry leaders

The comparison is wrong on at least two items:

1. Skywest does have PBS.
2. Skywest does not have junior assignments.

You guys really have 1500 pilots? Someone was saying in the Mesa stock thread that it's expected to go down to 500-900 with all the furloughs.

SkyWest also pays cancelations. So does expressjet I thought.

Also if you look at the graph for pay scales they are still at the bottom for all pay scales. If you look at 90 seat rates there is no one below them. That line below isn't even in the legend! And 70 rates are way low!!

The didn't raise the bar at all!!! Hats off to the 400.

Sorry, with JO at the helm, Mesa will never be a place for to work long term, regardless what the MEC says. And most of the furloughs will not be coming back. I wish them all the best. They now know how Mesa opperates first hand and what it will be like when and if they decide to come back. Godspeed to them all.
