Because they already left all the info you need to show up on your class date in your voicemail.

You're interview lasts all the way through IOE.
Failing during training = no job flying shiny jets
And yes people do get sent home.

Get people in the door with no interview, then destroy their career with a 121 training failure when they "fail the interview".
Sounds siiik bro.

Make sure your paperwork is good and disclose everything. They always drop a few guys in the first couple weeks.

What I said is true of any airline job...you have to actually make it through training to get "the job." Yes even at Skywest...

Just keep calling and if you know someone at the company have them refer you to speed up the process. But they are busy that's all.

I'm not sure what world you live in, but not everyone gets to be an airline pilot. If you are a capable individual with a good attitude and hard work ethic then you will make it through. If you have an entitled attitude and want everything handed to you then you won't fare so well here.

I love Mesa fanboy logic. Anyone can smile their way through 6 weeks of training.

As a CFI, would you put up a private pilot student for a check ride at the minimum hours regardless if you felt they'd pass with the attitude "well if you can't hack it,you should just give up on flying."
