Yeah who would have thought such quick upgrades? At this rate, They will need to start hiring street captains by Spring of next year because the current FO's won't be able to build time quickly enough

Well, i'm currently at 1460 so in about a month or less, my app will be submitted. I know i've asked already but considering things change all the time, whats the most junior base? Where are new hires going right out of training? Currently living in Vegas and I'd definitely move to PHX or even DFW but are those bases pretty senior?

Don't know about the bases but you should be good at 1475 from my understanding because you will get 25 hrs of sim time before the check ride.

So, there are no FOs hired before 2013 that are waiting to upgrade because of time or other reasons?

Not many. Most have already chosen to upgrade or wait. The first new hires from last year after all of the furloughs were recalled are already upgrading. I think it was a 16 month upgrade for the first guy who went through and now it may get even faster
