Man, I get what you're saying. I really do. But they literally exist. The pilots have tablets supplied by the company. I've even seen pilots walking around with, GASP, company provided Ipads for its trial period. What else do you want?

Anybody got an answer for this? If I'm awarded a new base starting Jan 1, and I'm on reserve in my soon-to-be former base until midnight on Dec 31, they can't really expect me to be available in the new base the next day, can they?

Fine, I'll take your word for it, that's great for them. But that's one out of how many regionals?

Same company as far as I'm concerned.

Benefits of supplying your own iPad:
1) I can put whatever I want on it.
2) It's not monitored.
3) I don't have to carry two iPads, one for work and one for personal use.
I already had one prior to coming to Mesa, so I would prefer that they let me use my own.
