I am the son of an american airlines pilot. I will let you know if it helps. I personally think it means absolutely nothing but if it gets me to a major faster ill keep you posted on whether it means anything or not.

You can go ahead and change your screen now. Not a good look for the franchise.

It helps to not be an obese slob, also. Lots of chubbies at Mesa aren't going to fare well in a one-on-one interview for that reason.
It's fine to get big/greasy once you're at a legacy--but it certainly affects getting in the door.

Don't think that's an isolated Mesa issue. There's some very pasty, waxy, mofo's waddling around remote terminals nationwide with a Mcd's bag clenched tightly in their paw. If the uniform fits half as bad as an interview suit I'd kick em to the curb STAT!

Seriously. If I see another incredibly overweight pilot in his 20s, I'm just going to lose it.
I don't care how well you think your uniform is pressed or how well you can hand fly an approach, if you look like you just ate your Captain/FO, you're not a professional pilot.
