As far as I know they don't really decide who goes where other than if someone has to go to Copenhagen or Canada. PHX and STL are basically assigned as they go down the line of their people in the class. Neither of the two really make a difference.

Training is great. If you are worried about anything, just relax, do the work, study your butt off and try to be prepared for the sim each day.

Of the 3 people in my class who lived in Phoenix, all of whom wanted to stay in phx for sims and not get a hotel from the company, not one got phx for sims, nor could we trade for it. Interesting there seems to be differing stories out there.

Once again, not trolling. Just pointing out that pretty much every other airline actually interviews applicants instead of sending students to training locations where you think they can "handle it".

I have never before encountered someone who fails to see the big picture in such an epic manner as this guy. BTW I can think of at least three different regionals that have dropped the Sim requirement for the interview. I know of two regionals other than Mesa who used to interview on site at my former employer with a very basic show and get a class date style interview. Please go troll elsewhere.

If you keep engaging this troll he will continue. He only posts his BS to get a reaction from one of us. Nothing he has written has ever been true. He has a mental disorder. Let's just leave him alone.

charlotte only has 18 airframes. base closes in june. new hires are getting dfw off ioe but not all are of course. friend off ioe 2 weeks ago got stuck in dulles for a month. dfw crj's are around 20? going to increase to 50. still hiring 50 plus a month classes are full. i think mesa got more than they could handle with this shotgun approach and doing class dates over the phone. if its true you can ask to trade sims and get phoenix instead of copenhagen thats pretty neat. choice is most likely phoenix then stl the toronto then denmark.

More than they can handle as in too many airframes or too many pilots?
