If I want to counter the only thread on this forum where not a single pilot says anything negative about their company contrary to my 5 friends there who say otherwise, I can.

I don't care what you think. I'm not embarrassed or ashamed when you call me an f-ing loser behind an anonymous name. I just state facts as I see them. Like I said, if you want to plug your ears and yell "LALALA" when someone had a dissenting opinion then call that person a loser, it either speaks to a lack of intellect to come up with a response or maturity to handle when someone doesn't support your decisions or opinions.
I'm not talking about this whole site. I'm talking about the MESA forum. You post negatively in here daily! I haven't ever even posted in a TSA forum. I don't care.

The fact you spend all this time online in the MESA forum, a place that your not even employed shows some sort of mental disorder or obsession.

1 or 2 posts is fine, but go back and look at all the hate you spew in the Mesa forum man.

Hmm... Not bad, still less though than most instructors at Mesa. Not sure if it's still true, but Mesa at one point had the highest percentage of ca's making 6 figures. Oh and those instructors, they are home most nights...
Any job is what you make of it.
My 6 figure a year job at a regional is better than your 6 figure a year job at your regional!!! PFFFFT. Go have this conversation with the 95% other people who will never see more than 50k a year and who truly hate their jobs!

Hi guys. I would like to ask if anyone knows (and would like to explain) how much stable a job with Mesa would be for the next ten years. Are the contracts that Mesa has secure ? Also I hear that as a new hire at Mesa you can probably expect an upgrade within the next three years. So if the average flying hours per year is 800-900 then after three years a new hire with 1500 TT will have arround 4000 hours. Do you know people who got their upgrade with a total of 4000 hours or Mesa requires more ? I Apologize to ask such questions but I am coming from overseas and everything was different there. thank you and appreciate.

People are upgrading at or a little less than 3000tt. As far as this industry as a whole, roll the dice, nothing is secure.

Question: As a Mesa captain, can you bid FO and "downgrade", then bid captain again at the time of your choosing? Or does that require training, etc., sort of a re-upgrade? In the same aircraft, that is.

You can't downgrade unless there is a displacement. And even in that case, it depends on how it is run (all at once vs staggered).
