I would say that the top 40% of the EJET capts are lifers. The rest wont jump ship until they hit their 1,000 PIC. Current attrition each month shows more Capts leaving on the CRJ then the Ejet.

I don't what is more pathetic, Mesa's FO pay rates or your apparent effort, a classless one at that, to try and feel superior to everyone here. How about instead of posting in here about how are pay rates are "pathetic," you go fulfill your need to compensate for something elsewhere.

I was simply stating a fact (or opinion) that those pay rates are, in fact, pathetic for ATP rated first officers flying 76 seat passenger jets. Do you disagree? or is that adequate compensation in your opinion?
