If you didn't pay attention in school, which you clearly didn't, how can anyone expect you to pay attention in any flight training, or while on the job? This is why we can't have nice things, and how JO justifies paying us the equivalent of burger flippers. If I was the CEO and saw my employees bantering back and forth displaying the education level equivalent to a 3rd grader, I would pay min wage also.
Your using dem big words. I can't read such a long post with out losing my train of thought. Airplanes are crazy with all these fancy buttons. It's like Christmas every day!!!! Got to head off to banjo karaoke night. Who wants to come!

There are IOE "capitains" (is your spell check broken? My phone won't even let me type it like that without causing a fit) flying regular non IOE flights. There is no shortage of check airmen, according to the check airmen I've flown with on regular flights. Sims is another story, but there isn't a huge backlog like at other airlines. Your info is as bad as your spelling.

This is why I am embarrassed when people ask who I fly for and why I am getting out of this airline asap.

Jesus you guys need to lighten up. Laugh a little bit. Life will be a lot better if you can laugh. Everyone on here is cut throat, below the belt personal. Lighten up.

yes my spell check does not work on this app. only when I am on the laptop. My info is not bad. They constantly are having an either /or shortage and some times both. I don't know who your getting your info from and I can only see what has happened with the February, March, and April classes but that is what they have been running into. They are getting big classes. Its different in every base for the IOE Captains. Sims they are taking what sim time they can. Take it or leave it but thats what I have seen first hand. With that being said a little time off in-between stages is not a bad thing. Gives you more time study and practice with your sim partner. Like i said 2.5-3 months
